Realme is getting ready to launch another Harry Potter-themed product in India. Along with the Realme 16 Pro Harry Potter Edition, the company is now bringing a special Harry Potter Edition of the Buds T500 Pro earbuds.
Both products will launch in India on September 21. Realme hasn’t revealed the price of the Realme Buds T500 Pro Harry Potter Edition yet, but we already know that the special edition will come with Harry Potter-inspired changes to the design and packaging.
What Is Different in the Harry Potter Edition?
The Buds T500 Pro itself isn’t a completely new pair of earbuds. Realme already sells the regular model in India, so the main attraction here is the Harry Potter treatment.
Realme is bringing franchise-inspired details to the earbuds and their packaging. So, if you were expecting completely different audio hardware, that doesn’t seem to be the case. This edition is more about the design and the Harry Potter theme.
It Will Launch Alongside a Harry Potter Phone
Realme will launch the earbuds alongside the Realme 16 Pro Harry Potter Edition on September 21. The phone gets a much bigger Harry Potter makeover, including a brown faux-leather back, Hogwarts crest and several small references to the series.
There is also a special Hogwarts-themed gifting box for the phone with items such as an acceptance letter, train ticket, bookmarks and postcards. With the Buds T500 Pro joining the launch, Realme is basically building a small Harry Potter collection instead of limiting the collaboration to just one phone.

What About the Buds T500 Pro Features?
Realme hasn’t confirmed the complete specifications of the Harry Potter Edition yet. But since it carries the Buds T500 Pro name, we can look at the regular model to get an idea of what it may offer.
The normal Buds T500 Pro comes with 12.4mm drivers and up to 50dB Active Noise Cancellation. It also supports Hi-Res Audio and offers up to 56 hours of total battery life with the charging case.
Realme Buds T500 Pro Key Features
| Feature | Regular Buds T500 Pro |
|---|---|
| Drivers | 12.4mm |
| Noise Cancellation | Up to 50dB ANC |
| Audio | Hi-Res Audio |
| Battery Life | Up to 56 hours |
| Special Edition | Harry Potter theme |
| India Launch | September 21 |
These are features of the regular Buds T500 Pro, so we will have to wait for Realme to confirm whether everything remains exactly the same on the Harry Potter Edition.
Price Is Still a Mystery
This is probably the biggest detail Realme is keeping for launch day. The company hasn’t announced how much the Harry Potter Edition will cost in India or where it will go on sale first.
Special editions usually cost a little more than the normal version, especially when they come with different packaging and licensed designs. Still, there is no point guessing the exact price right now. We should know everything on September 21.
Who Is This Edition Really For?
If you only care about sound quality and ANC, the regular Buds T500 Pro already gives you the main features. The Harry Potter Edition becomes more interesting if you are a fan of the series and want something that looks different from normal TWS earbuds.
That will also make the final price important. If Realme keeps the premium small, it could be an interesting option for Harry Potter fans. If the price goes much higher, the regular Buds T500 Pro may still make more sense for someone who only wants the earbuds.
More Details Coming on September 21
For now, Realme has confirmed the launch date and the Harry Potter collaboration, while details like the final price and complete specifications are still under wraps.
We won’t have to wait very long. The Realme Buds T500 Pro Harry Potter Edition will launch in India on September 21 alongside the Realme 16 Pro Harry Potter Edition, and that’s when Realme should reveal the remaining details.
