If you have small children or pets, you will understand the struggle of cleaning. I also have three cats and a small son at home, and because of this, I had to find a good spot cleaner that can remove stains from everywhere.
I have used BISSELL SpotClean ProHeat Spot Cleaner and today in this review I will tell you how this Bissell Spot Cleaner is, whether it is really useful, and whether you should buy it or not. Let’s get started without wasting time!
Box Contents and Unboxing
When I ordered it, the box that came had a lot of stuff in it. Here is what you get:
- Main Unit – Main body of Spot cleaner
- 8 cm Spot Cleaning Brush – For stains in small places
- 15 cm Spot Cleaning Brush – For large areas like carpets and sofas
- Slided Crevice Tool with Brush – For corners and tight spaces
- 3-in-1 Deep Clean Brush Tool – For Multi-purpose cleaning
- HydroRinse Tool – For cleaning hose pipe
- Stain & Spot Pro Oxy Formula – Cleaning solution that comes with it
- Warranty & Documentation – 2 years warranty and user manual
As soon as I opened the box, I liked its compact and premium design. The build quality is solid, and a handle has also been given on top which makes it easy to carry.
Design and Build Quality
The BISSELL SpotClean ProHeat has a compact and ergonomic design. It has two detachable water tanks – one for clean water and the other for collecting dirty water.
- Hose Pipe: 2 meters long hose which provides flexibility
- Power Cable: 5 meters long which helps in cleaning large areas
- Power Consumption: 330-watt suction power
- HeatWave Technology: To maintain water temperature
HeatWave Technology uses warm water which cleans better than cold water.
Usage and Performance
Using it is quite simple:
- Fill the Clean Water Tank: Fill the water and stain remover formula in the tank.
- Attach the brush: Select the brush according to the area to be cleaned.
- Spray & Scrub: By pressing a button, the formula gets spread on the surface.
- Apply suction: The machine sucks water and dirt inside itself.
I have tried cleaning sofa, carpet, car seats, and even curtains with it, and it did a great job everywhere. Tomato sauce, coffee, and pet stains also came out easily.
One drawback is that the surface does not get completely dry; there is a little moisture which dries up after some time.
Dirty Water Tank & Maintenance
When the cleaning is complete, you have to empty the dirty water tank. There is also an auto cut-off feature when the maximum level is reached, which prevents overflow.
Cleaning the hose pipe is also easy with the help of HydroRinse Tool. Regular maintenance will make it long-lasting.
SpotClean ProHeat vs HydroSteam

If you want an upgraded version, then BISSELL HydroSteam is also an option that uses steam technology. Steam tough is even better at removing stains and oil-based dirt.
Price Comparison
- BISSELL SpotClean ProHeat: ₹14,990
- BISSELL HydroSteam: ₹24,000
If you are looking for a gadget for home cleaning, then ProHeat is quite affordable and effective. But if you want it for commercial use (restaurant or office), then HydroSteam may be a better option.
Final Verdict – Should You Buy It or Not?
If you have children or pets in your home and you need regular stain removal, then BISSELL SpotClean ProHeat is a best investment. It is compact, easy to use, and the results are quite impressive.
